Moto Edge (2022): Price and Availability
The Moto Edge 2022 is priced at $599 (approx Rs 48,000) for the 8GB + 256GB configuration. However, as a launch offer, Motorola is selling the Edge 2022 for $499 (approx Rs 40,000). As of now, the smartphone is available only in the US. Motorola is yet to reveal the availability of the device for other markets including India.

The all-new Moto Edge 2022 offers a 6.6-inch Full HD+ OLED display with a 2400 x 1080 pixel resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and 20:9 aspect ratio. It is a 10-bit panel that features support for HDR10+ content and offers a centered punch hole notch.
Under the hood, the Moto Edge 2022 packs an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1050 processor that is fabbed on a 6nm process. It comes coupled with Mali G610 GPU, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of onboard storage. The smartphone boots MyUX which is based on Android 12.
Talking about the optics, the Edge series device offers a triple-rear camera setup that includes a 50MP sensor with OIS support and an f/1.8 aperture. Accompanying it is a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens that also doubles as a macro sensor. It also packs a 2MP depth sensor with an f/2.25 aperture.
The Moto Edge 2022 relies on a 32MP front shooter for selfies and video calls. It is backed by a 5000mAh battery unit and 30W fast charging support. The Edge series device also supports 15W wireless charging and 5W reverse wireless charging. It offers an in-display fingerprint scanner and features IP52 water-resistant rating.
The all-new Edge series device retails in Mineral Gray colour option. It weighs 170grams and measures 160.86 × 74.24 × 7.99mm. The connectivity options of the device include Dual-SIM, 5G, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and GPS.
