Motorola is gearing up for its upcoming global launch event. The company has teased the launch of the Edge 30 Pro in the global markets. The launch event is set to take place on February 24. The device is also expected to launch in India as the company’s local division has shared the teaser poster as well. We can expect the company to launch the Motorola Edge 30 Pro soon in India.

It was rumoured that the Motorola Edge 30 Pro is a rebadged version of the Edge X30, which was launched in China. A new leak now confirms the rumour ahead of the global launch. The device is listed on the Bluetooth SIG website revealing some important details. Let’s take a look at the Moto Edge 30 Pro specifications, features and other details.

Motorola Edge 30 Pro Bluetooth SIG

Motorola Moto Edge 30 Pro will launch in global markets on February 24. Ahead of the launch, the phone is listed on the Bluetooth SIG website. The listing reveals that the phone has the model number XT-2201-1. It also reveals the global model’s moniker. In addition to this, the same listing confirms that the phone is a rebadged Moto Edge X30 launched in China. The device has the model number XT-2201-2.

We can expect the device to come with the same specs found on the China variant. In that case, the phone will have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC under the hood. It will come with a 5,000mAh battery and support 68W fast-charging out of the box. Motorola could launch the phone with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage in global markets.

At the front, there is a 6.7-inch POLED display with a Full HD+ resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels. The phone has a 144Hz refresh rate support and comes with a 700nits peak brightness. The screen is also HDR10+-certified. The device will run Android 12 out of the box with a layer of MyUX on top of Android.

On the back, there is a triple-camera setup. The phone has a 50MP main camera with OIS support. There is also another 50MP ultrawide camera along with a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies, there is a 60MP front camera inside the hole-punch cutout at the top centre of the display.
