
Just days after its global announcement, Motorola has announced the launch of a new budget smartphone – the Motorola One Fusion Plus in India. The Indian variant of the phone is slightly different from its international cousin thanks to the use of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G chipset instead of the standard Snapdragon 730 SoC that was found doing duty on the latter. The launch of this new device comes just days after reports talked about Motorola planning to bring this phone to India.

Motorola One Fusion Plus price in India, launch date
The Motorola One Fusion Plus is offered in a single variant here in India that gets 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. This variant will be made available for INR 16,999 and will be on sale starting noon on June 24 via Flipkart. The handset comes in two color options Moonlight White and Twilight Blue.

The Motorola one Fusion Plus gets a large 6.5-inch IPS LCD full vision panel with FHD+ resolution and support for HDR10. As outlined earlier, in India, the device comes powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G chipset, which is the gaming-centric variant of the standard Snapdragon 730 processor. The phone gets 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage with the option to expand the storage further using microSD cards. As expected of a device in this price range, the Motorola One Fusion Plus is a dual SIM handset.
The camera setup on the device includes a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP, 116-degree wide-angle camera, a 5MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. The 16MP front-facing camera is housed inside a pop-up camera module.
Connectivity options on the Motorola One Fusion Plus include Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac| 2.4GHz+ 5GHz | Wi-Fi hotspot, GPS, A-GPS, LTEPP, SUPL, GLONASS, Galileo. The battery capacity of the phone is 5,000mAh, and it supports 15W fast charging using the supplied Motorola Turbocharger.
