The Motorola One Power was released today, September 24 and is already available for pre-order on Flipkart in India, with the smartphone will go on sale on October 5 at 12 PM. Motorola has been priced in India at Rs. 15,999 for its 4GB+64GB model. The Vivo V11 which recently got listed on the Vivo website is expected to be priced at Rs 23,990 for its top-tier model consisting of 6GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

The Honor 8X is expected to be priced in India at Rs 18,999 for the sake of comparison, for the 6GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage version. That being said, the Motorola One Power seems like the most affordable of the lot here, although, it will be clear from here on with the comparison of its specification and other features whether it is the right choice for users when choosing from the three phones we have here.

Motorola One Power vs Vivo V11 vs Honor 8X: Design and Display

The Motorola One Power has been loaded with a metallic finish, much more on the strong side alongside the ergonomic curves that makes the smartphone fit perfectly in the hands of the user. Motorola One Power has a screen notch, that comes with a large 6.28-inch, IPS-LCD capacitive touchscreen with multi-touch capabilities. The screen resolution is 1080p x 2246p pixels with a 19:9 aspect ratio and screen to body ratio of 81.8 percent.

The Vivo V11 continues with its notched up screen finish as well as the Chinese brand experimenting with gradient and patterned finishes in its design. The memory options include an expansion up to 256 using a micro-SD card. The Vivo V11 comes with 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage. The Vivo V11 gets powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660, 2.2GHzz octa-core processor, alongside an Adreno 512 GPU.

The Honor 8X has 6GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage, and this comes with an option to expand using a micro-SD card. A Hisilicon Kirin 710 chipset powers the Honor 8X with the octa-core 2.2GHz, coupled with a Mali-G51 MP4 GPU. That being said, the Honor 8X and Vivo V11 have a better, faster processor while the Motorola One Power has a comparatively slower processor.

The Motorola One Power features a dual 16MP+5MP rear camera and a selfie shooter 12MP lens. The Vivo V11 ships with Funtouch OS 4.5 based on Android 8.1 Oreo. The smartphone comes with a decent enough 3400mAh battery with the option of Fast Charging.

The Honor 8x provides users with a 3750mAh battery unit, although, this is a little disappointing considering the size of the smartphone, as the brand could have produced with a bigger battery size to it. The Honor 8X is based on Android 8.1 Oreo much like the other two smartphones on this list.

Motorola One Power vs Vivo V11 vs Honor 8X: Verdict

Well, considering the price, the Motorola One Power is the clear choice for users, but it does have many drawbacks like a slower processor and lacks in performance compared to the other two. The Vivo V11, as its typically a camera phone packs a dominant 25MP front selfie shooter which gives it an upper hand, especially as many users look for a good selfie phone.

The Honor 8X, however, wins the camera race, with a powerful rear camera which eclipses both the other devices as well as powerful enough 16MP selfie camera. From a price point and overall performance levels, the Vivo V11 is good but costly, while the Motorola One Power may be the cheapest priced phone around in this list, but as we mentioned before, lacks in many departments compared to the others. The Honor 8X, however, provides with the performances of a good mid-range smartphone, packs fantastic camera both on the front and the rear, as well as matches the Vivo V11 regarding performance; which makes it the clear winner.
