Earlier this month, Motorola sent invites to the media dated for June 20 for the India launch event of the Motorola One Vision smartphone. Today, a teaser page of the Motorola One Vision has gone live on Flipkart, confirming that the Motorola One Vision will be available to purchase in India through Flipkart. The teaser page on Flipkart we are talking about has the Motorola branding on the top. The page does not clearly reveal the name of the smartphone, but it does say ‘A new vision,’ and we think this suggests the teaser page is indeed for the Motorola One Vision. And just so you know, the teaser page is accessible only through the Flipkart mobile app.
To recall, the Motorola One Vision made its debut on May 17 at an event in Brazil. Since then, the device has launched in several countries, and it is currently on sale in a few markets as well. The device will finally land in the Indian market on June 20. Let us quickly have a look at Motorola One Vision’s specifications, and its expected price in India.
Motorola One Vision Expected Price in India
In Europe, the Motorola One Vision costs EUR 299, which is approximately INR 23,999. You can expect the Motorola One Vision to land in India with a similar price tag.
Motorola One Vision Specifications
Although many people might think that the Motorola One Vision is a successor to the Motorola One Power, it is not. Yes, the Motorola One Vision does resemble the design of the Motorola One Power, but the Motorola One Vision does not stand true to the virtue of One Power series, which is the battery capacity. The Motorola One Power had a massive, 5000mAh battery, and thus the name had ‘Power’ in it. The Motorola One Vision on the other hand, has a much smaller, 3500mAh battery, and therefore, it shows that the One Vision is not a direct successor to the One Power.
Anyway, moving on to the specifications of the Motorola One Vision, the stand out feature of the device is its display. While most mid-range smartphones nowadays have a notch on display, the One Vision has a punch-hole, which looks better than a notch. The display itself is a 6.3-inch IPS LCD with Full HD+ resolution. Furthermore, the display has Corning Gorilla Glass protection over it.
The Motorola One Vision comes powered by the Exynos 9609 SoC. I know, you are used to see Motorola smartphones with Qualcomm chipsets, but the Motorola One Vision is different than the rest. Internationally, the smartphone comes in only one configuration – 4GB RAM + 128GB storage. The device comes loaded with Android 9 Pie OS, and as the name of the smartphone suggests, the Motorola One Vision is an Android One device.
The rear camera setup of Motorola One Vision includes a 48MP primary sensor with phase-detection autofocus and OIS, and a 5MP depth-sensor. The rear camera can record 4K videos. And for selfies, there is a 25MP front-facing camera. The smartphone, as I mentioned earlier, has a 3500mAh battery, and it supports 15W fast charging. The Motorola One Vision also comes with a USB Type-C port, and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
