Motorola One Zoom Specifications and Renders Leaked, To Arrive with 48MP Camera, 3x Optical Zoom

Specifications of the allegedly upcoming smartphone, the Motorola One Zoom, have leaked through the e-commerce website Amazon US. And at the same time, Roland Quandt, a noted tech reporter, has posted images of the Motorola One Zoom on Twitter.

Motorola One Zoom Will Have Snapdragon 675 SoC, 4GB RAM, and 128GB UFS Storage

According to the specifications leaked through Amazon, the Motorola One Zoom will feature the Snapdragon 675 SoC. As you might know, this chipset has eight Kryo 460 CPU cores and Adreno 612 GPU. The leak also reveals that one of the memory configurations will have 4GB RAM and 128GB of UFS storage. According to Roland, this variant will cost EUR 399.

Quad-Camera With Dual-OIS Onboard

Coming to the leaked renders, they reveal quite a lot of details regarding the Motorola One Zoom. The first thing you’ll notice in these renders is that the Motorola One Zoom will have a quad-camera setup at the rear. Thanks to the camera specifications posted beside the quad-camera setup, we now know that among four cameras, one sensor will be a 48MP unit with quad-pixel technology, one will be an ultrawide unit with 13mm focal length, and one will be a telephoto camera with 81mm focal length. And what’s even more interesting is that the 48MP camera, as well as, the telephoto camera will have OIS, which is evident by the Dual OIS branding beside the camera setup.

Unfortunately, the specifications written beside the camera setup doesn’t reveal anything about the fourth camera. That being said, we believe that it will be a mere depth-sensor.

Not An Android One Smartphone

As you can see in these renders, the Motorola One Zoom’s display will have a notch at the top. These renders also reveal that the smartphone will have a speaker and SIM card tray on the top of the device, and power and volume buttons on the right-hand side of the device. Last but not least, as you can see in these images, at least one of the variants of the device will come loaded with Amazon applications. And this indicates that the Motorola One Zoom will not be an Android One device, at least in some regions. Currently, there is no information regarding the Motorola One Zoom’s launch date and its availability in markets outside the US.
