We all know that Motorola is gearing up for the launch of the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra smartphone. The same device is expected to debut in the Chinese market with the Moto Razr+ 2023 moniker. The company even has started teasing the key details of this upcoming smartphone via its Weibo handle. A couple of days back, the renders of this upcoming smartphone were leaked courtesy of leakster Evan Blass. Now, in a recent development, some key specifications of the Moto Razr 40 Ultra are revealed by the folks at XDA Developers.
Motorola Razr 40 Ultra Specifications Revealed
As per the leaked specifications, the upcoming Motorola Razr 40 Ultra will feature an AMOLED display with a 2640×1080 pixel resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. However, past leaks had revealed that the phone will have 165Hz refresh rate support. The secondary display on the device will have a 1056×1066 pixel resolution. The past reports suggest that the secondary back panel on the device will be of 3.5-inches. Furthermore, this upcoming smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor. The device will come with up to 12GB of RAM and have up to 512GB of internal storage.

As for the imaging purpose, the device will feature a dual-camera setup. The handset will include a primary 12MP Sony IMX563 sensor and a wide-angle 13MP SK Hynix Hi1336 sensor. On the front, the smartphone will boast a 32MP OmniVision OV32B40 camera. As far as the other specifications go, the smartphone might debut in dual-SIM and e-SIM variants, and these models are expected to offer NFC and fingerprint sensor support. The smartphone will be available in Barberry, Black, and Blue colour options.
In a piece of related news, the handset recently received the FCC certification. As per the FCC listing, the smartphone is expected to pack a 3,640mAh battery which could offer 33W fast charging support. As for the software, the device is expected to boot Android 13 OS with My UX on top.
As of now, the launch date of the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra is yet to be revealed. However, considering that the company has started teasing the key details of this upcoming smartphone, we expect its launch to happen in the upcoming weeks.
