Moto Razr 40 Ultra Specifications, Marketing Material Leaked Ahead of Launch

Motorola is expected to launch the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra smartphone in the coming few weeks. The same device is expected to launch in China with the Moto Razr+ 2023 moniker. Earlier today, we saw the cover renders of the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra courtesy of leakster Evan Blass. The render revealed the secondary display of the device as well as it also confirmed that the phone will arrive in the Black and Red colour options. Moto Razr 40 Ultra: How it Will Look

The leaked marketing images reveal that apart from the Infinite Black and Viva Magenta colour, the device will launch in the Glacier Blue colour option. Furthermore, the leaked images disclose that the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra will have a dual-camera setup at the back. The handset will boast a 13MP ultra-wide camera and a macro sensor. The camera will include motion blurs, light trails and many other cool effects. It will also have Quad Pixel technology and an Image Signal Processor (ISP). These will increase the light sensitivity, offer noise-less captures, and clear images in low-light settings.


As far as the other specifications of the device go, it will feature a 3.6-inch pOLED display at the back. On the frontside, the handset will feature a 6.9-inch pOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate. The display panel will have a HDR10+ support and DCI-P3 color gamut. The smartphone will have a thick bezels on all sides, and a punch-hole cutout at the top centre which will accommodate the selfie camera. As for the security purpose, the device will have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor embedded in a power button.

The power and volume keys will be located on the right side of the device, while at the left there will be a SIM card tray. Furthermore, the phone will also have a patented, industry-leading hinge to make its screen virtually creaseless. The handset will have a stereo speaker setup which will have Motorola Spatial Sound and multidimensional Dolby Atmos audio support. As far as the other details of the device go, the Viva Magenta colour variant will have a leather finish while the other colour variant will boast a smooth plastic rear panel with a metallic frame.

Powering the smartphone under the hood there will be a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. As for the software, the device will boot Android 13 OS out of the box. The device will pack a 3,800mAh battery that will have 30W Turbo charging support.
