Motorola entered the segment of foldable smartphones last year with the launch of its Motorola Razr. The company manages to revamp the iconic clamshell design iconic Razr into a foldable smartphone. Now the company has officially launched the next-generation of the foldable phone with 5G support. The Motorola Razr 5G comes with features like Snapdragon 765G processor, dual screens, improved cameras, and a lot more.

Motorola Razr 5G Price

Motorola Razr 5G is launched in the United States with a price tag of USD 1,399 (around Rs 1,04,000). The company has launched the smartphone in Polished Graphite, Liquid Mercury, and Blush Gold colour options.

Meanwhile, Motorola has already created a landing page for where the company is asking users to register to know more about the India launch date. Last year’s Razr was launch at Rs 1,24,999 with mediocre specifications, so we can expect the same price point for the 5G variant as well.

Motorola Razr 5G Features and Specifications

Motorola Razr 5G is a clamshell designed foldable display smartphone, it comes with a 6.2-inch primary display and a 2.7-inch secondary display. The inner display is a CinemaVision OLED panel, which comes with an aspect ratio of 21:9. The narrow design of the smartphone display makes it handy and easier for one-hand use. When folded you can check notifications, call alerts, reminders more from the outer 2.7-inch display. You can also use the secondary display for clicking pictures, navigating on Google Maps, control playlist and more.

The company claims that the Razr 5G is capable of withstanding up to 200,000 flips, an average user will take more than five years to reach to that level. Under the hood, the foldable smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 765G SoC, clubbed with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.

As for optics, the Motorola Razr 5G offers a 48-megapixel shooter with quad-technology and image stabilization feature. The smartphone also offers a 20-megapixel camera setup on the front for selfies and video calls. The handset is fuelled by a 2,800mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. It runs on Android 10 out-of-the-box.
