Motorola is gearing up to launch the Moto Razr 2022 and the Moto X30 Pro in China on August 2nd, which is just one day away. The Razr 2022 will be a clamshell foldable device, while the Moto X30 Pro will be a flagship phone and the world’s first phone with a 200MP camera. On the other hand, the company is also gearing up to launch a new S series device dubbed the Motorola S30 Pro.
The Motorola S30 Pro was previously spotted on TENAA revealing most of the key specifications including the display, RAM, storage, and more. Now, the same device has been spotted on the Geekbench database revealing details like the chipset, RAM, and operating system. Let’s take a look at the details.
Motorola S30 Pro Specifications Leaked via Geekbench Listing
The upcoming Motorola smartphone with XT2243-2 model number has been listed on Geekbench. This is the Motorola S30 Pro, which we have spotted on the TENAA with the same model number. While TENAA did not give us clarity on the chipset used on the phone, the Geekbench listing gives us the details. The S30 Pro will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm SoC with four cores clocked at 1.8GHz, three cores clocked at 2.42GHz, and one prime core clocked at 3GHz. This is the Snapdragon 888+ SoC paired with Adreno 660 GPU to handle gaming and graphics content.
Further, the Geekbench listing reveals 12GB of onboard RAM and the device will run on Android 12 out of the box. The phone has secured 1179 and 3638 points in the single-core and multi-core tests respectively.
Based on the TENAA listing, the S30 Pro will come with a 6.55-inch Full HD+ OLED screen with 2400×1080 pixel resolution. The phone is said to come with 8GB, 12GB, 16GB RAM options and 128GB, 256GB, 512GB storage options. Powering the device will be a 4270mAh battery and leaks suggests, that the phone will come with 68.2W fast charging support. The same device is also tipped to launch as Motorola Edge 30 Fusion in some markets including Inida.
