Vikram Vedha is testimony to that as the Hindi remake of the 2017 Tamil movie has been received well by audiences. The two protagonists of the movie are SSP Vikram, a police officer, and Vedha Betal, a notorious gangster. The film introduces twists and turns that make Vikram question his morality and principles.

She is assigned a case of the disappearance of a number of women who are later found dead in public restrooms. This turns into a thriller about a serial killer running amok, killing young women.
