POCO is gearing up for the launch of a new Redmi smartphone. Yes, POCO will launch a new smartphone soon, which could be a rebranded Redmi Note 10S. It is not us but an FCC listing which revealed the news. According to the listing, POCO will launch a smartphone with the model number 2207117BPG. The FCC listing clearly stated that the upcoming POCO smartphone is a variant model of M2101K7BNY, aka the Note 10S.
The FCC listing also confirms some key details of the POCO phone. The company will launch the device with three storage options. POCO will launch a new smartphone as a rebranded Redmi Note 10S soon. The device with the model number 2207117BPG is listed on FCC. According to the listing, the phone runs MIUI 13 out of the box. It is unknown if the phone will run Android 11 or Android 12 out of the box.
The listing further reveals that the device will launch with three storage options. It will have 4GB + 64GB, 4GB + 128GB and 6GB + 128GB storage options. The device will arrive in a blue colour option. There could be more colours like black, white, etc.
In addition to this, the FCC listing confirms that the phone will support dual-band WiFi. Other specs of the phone will remain the same. This means that the upcoming Poco phone will feature an Helio G95 processor under the hood. It will also sport a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and 1100 nits of peak brightness.
There will be a quad-camera setup on the back, which is rare these days. It will feature a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera and two 2MP sensors. The phone will feature a 13MP front camera. It will pack a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
