Google announced its next ‘Hardware event’ on August 13, where we expect the search giant to announce its next-gen smartphones, smartwatches, and more. Today, we have spotted the Google Pixel Watch 3 smartwatch in the FCC certification before its launch.

Google Pixel Watch 3 FCC certification

The FCC certification reveals that Google will launch the upcoming smartwatch with the GBDU9, GGE4J, GG3HH, and GRY0E model numbers. The different model numbers likely belong to the 41mm and 45mm variants with multiple connectivity options. The database confirms that the GBDU9 and GRY0E model numbers will debut with LTE and UWB connectivity.

Besides LTE connectivity, Google will equip the Pixel Watch 3 with 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC. In contrast, the GGE4J and GG3HH variants of the Pixel Watch 3 will only debut with UWB, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC. The GRY0E, GBDU9, GGE4J and GG3HH have also been confirmed to debut with GPS support.

The renders of the smartwatch were previously leaked by 91Mobiles in partnership with OnLeaks, which confirmed the design of the Pixel Watch 3. Google will equip its next-gen smartwatch with a 1.2-inch AMOLED circular display without bezels.

The smartwatch will be available in Black and is expected to go official in multiple other shades. We expect the other details of the smartwatch to surface in the upcoming days, so stay tuned.
