Xiaomi is reportedly working on the next-gen T series smartphones for the global markets. Today, we spotted the Xiaomi 14T in Thailand’s NBTC certification before its launch. Here are the details.
Xiaomi 14T NBTC Certification
The NBTC certification confirms that the upcoming Xiaomi smartphone with the 2406APNFAG model number will launch with the Xiaomi 14T marketing name. Apart from the moniker, the NBTC certification reveals that the phone will support 5G connectivity.
To recall, the 2406APNFAG model number was recently spotted on Singapore’s IMDA and the Indonesia Telecom certifications. We have also spotted the upcoming Xiaomi smartphone with the 2406APNFAG model number in the EEC certification confirming its European launch.
A report previously suggested that Xiaomi could equip the upcoming smartphone with the MediaTek Dimensity 8000 series SoC. Xiaomi is also expected to equip the device with a lower 67W fast charging support.
We recently spotted the Xiaomi 14T Pro in the Geekbench database, which confirmed the support for MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC. The Pro variant is also expected to debut with faster 120W wired charging and wireless charging tech.
The upcoming device will be the first Xiaomi T-series smartphone to debut with wireless charging tech. We can expect Xiaomi 14T series smartphones to appear on other certification websites in the coming weeks. So, stay tuned.
