According to the report shared by the Spanish website, the alleged Nintendo Switch Pro is tipped to feature a bigger display compared to the existing 6.2-inch model. Citing information from a Chinese accessory manufacturer the report claimed that the upcoming console will have an OLED display which might be close to 7-inch, but the report also suggested that there is no increment in the chassis size of the Pro variant which means the dimensions will be similar to the predecessor.
It seems that the company is planning to launch the Switch Pro in the same size as the predecessor to make it compatible with the existing Joy-Con controller and other Switch accessories. As per the reports, Nintendo Switch Pro is expected to arrive with significantly smaller bezels to fit a bigger display without increasing the dimensions of the gaming console.
Besides, the Pro variant is expected to ship with a larger back flap which will cover the entire width of the console to deliver better balance. It is said to be similar to the kickstand available on Surface Pro tablets. Further, the report claimed that the Switch Pro is also said to offer up to 4K TV output. The new gaming console is said to arrive with two USB 3.0 ports and an Ethernet port.
