The Nokia 1.4 has launched as an entry-level smartphone and the successor to last year’s Nokia 1.3 smartphone. The newly unveiled device is an entry-level model from Nokia, runs on Google’s Android Go operating system. The Nokia 1.4 features a dual camera setup at the rear, compared to a single rear-facing camera, which was seen in the Nokia 1.3. Comparatively, the device even packs a bigger 4000mAh battery, over the 3000mAh battery seen in the Nokia 1.3. Nokia 1.4 Price And Availability

The Nokia 1.4 comes in Charcoal, Dusk, and Fjord colour options. The price of the Nokia 1.4’s base model with 1GB RAM and 16GB storage starts at €99 (roughly Rs. 8674). The device even comes in 2GB + 32GB and 3GB + 64GB RAM and storage configurations, which are still yet to receive an official price label. The Nokia 1.4 will be available globally starting today.

The Nokia 1.4 sports a 6.51-inch display with HD+ resolution that offers 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the device is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 215 SoC, that is aided by Adreno 308 GPU. The base model comes with 1GB of RAM, and 16GB internal storage. While the other two models pack in 2GB or 3GB RAM, along with 32GB or 64GB storage options respectively. All the three models have expandable storage support for up to 128GB via microSD card. On the software front, the smartphone runs on Android 10 (Go Edition), and is promised to receive Android 11 update when available.

In terms of imaging, the Nokia 1.4 features a dual camera setup, which consist of 8MP primary camera, and 2MP macro camera. For the selfies and video calling, the smartphone houses a 5MP camera. Connectivity-wise, the device offers dual SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, 3.5mm headphone jack, FM Radio, GPS, and has micro USB port. The whole package is powered by a 4000mAh battery that has 5W charging support.

Dimensions-wise the smartphone measures 166.42 × 76.72 × 8.7 mm, and weighs around 178 grams. Sensors on the device include an accelerometer, ambient light, and a proximity sensor. The phone even has a rear-facing fingerprint sensor and also has a dedicated Google Assistant button.
