HMD Global has announced the launch of the Nokia 105 Classic feature phone. The phone comes with an in-built UPI application and it is priced starting at Rs 999 in India. The announcement follows the launch of Nokia 105 (2023) earlier this year. The phone is priced at Rs 1,299 in India and comes in three colours.

HMD Global’s Nokia 105 Classic feature phone allows users to securely make UPI payment transactions. It packs an 800mAh battery. The Nokia 105 Classic feature phone is priced starting at Rs 999 in India and it will be available in two colour options – Charcoal and Blue. The phone can be bought in four variants – Single SIM, Dual SIM, with charger, and without charger.


HMD Global is offering an assured replacement guarantee of one year on the new Nokia 105 Classic. The phone can be bought via Nokia’s e-site, Nokia.com, as well as its offline stores, and other retail stores across the country.

Nokia 105 Classic Specifications And Features

It is easier to type on the Nokia 105 Classic even in the dark, thanks to good spacing between each button on the keypad. The phone features an ergonomic design and compact shape for a sturdy grip. It packs an 800mAh battery, which the company says will provide all-day usage. The Nokia 105 Classic also comes with a wireless FM radio. HMD Global said in its press release that the Nokia 105 Classic is meticulously tested to ensure it can withstand the challenges of daily use.

The Nokia 105 Classic succeeds the launch of the Nokia 105 (2023) in May this year. The feature phone also offers the UPI 123PAY functionality in-built, allowing its users to use Unified Payment Interface (UPI) technology on the device. 

Tjhe Nokia 105 (2023) packs a 1,000mAh battery and it sports a 1.8-inch display with a QQVGA resolution. The phone supports a 3.5mm headphone jack and a micro-USB port for charging. More features include an in-built FM radio, and IP52 certification for water resistance.
