
HMD Global launched the Nokia 3.2 smartphone at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019 in Barcelona and now the phone has been made official in India. The company had started teasing the phone on its social channels with the hashtag #ViewMoreDoMore. A few days back, the phone was also spotted on the Nokia India website. The Nokia 3.2 comes with two unique features such as a dedicated Google Assistant button, pretty much like the Bixby button on Samsung flagships and notification light in the power button.
Nokia 3.2 Price in India, Availability, Launch Offers
The Nokia 3.2 price in India is INR 8,990 for the standard variant with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The 3GB RAM+32GB Storage model is priced at INR 10,790. Both the variants are available in Black and Steel color options. The phone will go on sale in India on May 23 via Nokia website and prominent retailers.
Vodafone and Idea users who buy the Nokia 3.2 will be eligible for an instant cashback of INR 2,500. They will receive 50 vouchers of INR 50 value each that can be utilized for recharges of INR 199 and above. Other offers include 10 percent cashback on HDFC Bank credit, debit, and EMI purchase done via Pinelab terminals at offline stores. This offer is valid until June 15, 2019.
For the buyers who purchase via Nokia’s official website, they can get a gift card of INR 1,000 value by using the promo code LAUNCHGIFT. Additionally, buyers will also receive one-time screen-replacement by Nokia under the Nokia phone screen protection insurance for six months by Servify, beginning from the date of activation of the smartphone. The Nokia 3.2 comes powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 429 chipset with up to 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It comes with a 6.26-inch HD+ display at 720×1520 pixels resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio. There is a dedicated microSD card slot onboard, which aids in further storage expansion up to 400GB. For optics, the phone has a 13MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and a 5MP selfie shooter on the front with f/2.2 aperture. On the software front, the Nokia 3.2 ships with Android 9 Pie. It belongs to Google’s Android One program that promises regular updates along with a smooth UI.
A 4,000mAh battery completes the Nokia 3.2, which is touted by the company to deliver up to 2 days of backup on a single charge. Connectivity-wise, the phone supports dual-SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, Micro-USB port, a 3.5mm audio jack, GPS/ A-GPS, and FM radio. Concerning biometrics, the 32GB storage variant of the phone also has a physical fingerprint sensor along with Face Unlock feature aided by the front camera. The 16GB Storage variant of the phone lacks the fingerprint sensor.
