In the recent Qualcomm Tech Summit, almost all the smartphone manufacturers announced their plans for the upcoming smartphones. Xiaomi has already revealed that the upcoming Xiaomi Redmi K30 smartphone will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G 5G chipset. In addition to Xiaomi, Nokia also announced that it will make use of the Snapdragon 765 chipset for its upcoming smartphone. Not only that, but the company official also gave us a glimpse of some of the specifications and features of the upcoming Nokia smartphone.
Nokia will launch a 5G device running on Snapdragon 765 SoC in 2020
As mentioned, the upcoming Nokia smartphone will be powered with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765 chipset. Moreover, the device will feature 5G support (though it is not clear as of now as to whether or not it will support dual-mode 5G). As far as the display is concerned, the upcoming Nokia smartphone will feature a PureDisplay, much like the recent devices the company has launched. The device will feature a triple rear camera setup as seen in the teaser poster. Moreover, we will get 4K UHD ultra-wide video support and ZEISS optics coming up with the device.
The right side of the device being shown in the teaser appears to sport a fingerprint scanner which indicates an LCD display, but it is not confirmed as of now.
Moving on, the device will feature an optimized design and innovative thermal management which would provide for an all-day battery life even on 5G (as claimed by the company).

This innovative approach to making 5G more accessible to OEMs will dramatically streamline the development process and we look forward to exploring possibilities of working with Qualcomm Technologies on this
exciting platform.” – said Juho Sarvikas, Chief Product Officer, HMD Global
