Nokia launched its first tablet last month in select international markets. The company has now launched the Nokia T20 tablet in India. The large screen tablet comes in as a budget offering and is priced under Rs 20,000 in India. It comes in two storage configurations with the top-end variant offering 4GB of RAM. The Nokia tablet competes against the likes of the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite and the Realme Pad tablet in India. It comes with a 2K display and has a beefy 8.200 mAh battery as well. Nokia T20 price in India

The Nokia T20 tablet launched in India comes in two storage options. The base 3GB RAM variant comes with 32GB of internal storage and is priced at Rs 15,499. For those who want more RAM and storage, there is a 4GB RAM variant with 64GB of internal storage, priced at Rs 16,499. Nokia has also made a Cellular variant available with a 4GB + 64GB configuration, which is priced at Rs 18,499. The tablet comes in a single Blue colour option in India. It goes on sale starting today via Nokia India’s official website and will be available for orders starting tomorrow via Flipkart.

Specifications and features

The Nokia T20 features a large 10.4-inch LCD with a 2K resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels. The “toughened glass” display is claimed to offer a peak brightness of 400 nits. It has slightly thick bezels on the side of the display, which is quite common across tablets in this price range.

Under the hood, the tablet draws power from a 12nm Unisoc T610 SoC. It is paired with up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Users can use a microSD card to expand the storage further by up to 512GB.

The tablet packs a massive 8,200 mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. Nokia has, however, bundled a 10W charger in the box. For optics, there is an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front camera. The Nokia tablet runs Android 11 out of the box and is assured to get two years of software upgrades and three years worth of security patch support. In terms of connectivity options, the tablet comes with Bluetooth 5.0, a USB Type-C, a 3.5mm headphone jack and stereo speakers.
