Nothing Ear 1 Might be Soon Available in Black Colour Variant

Nothing Ear (1)

Nothing launched the Ear 1 truly wireless earbuds earlier this year. The earbuds gained a lot of hype, primarily for its unique design language. A part of the earbuds and the charging case that came along had a transparent design. The other half of it had a layer of white coat on top. Nothing recently asked its followers on social media about replacing the white colour with black. Turns out, there might be a black-coloured Ear 1 in the works. According to a new report from 91Mobiles, the Nothing Ear 1 Black colour option is going to launch soon.

Citing tipster Ishan Agarwal, the report states that Nothing is working on the Black colour option that will share the same specs found on the currently available Ear 1. While the company did ask its followers on social media about the colour option, it did not confirm anything around making it available for the consumer. We can expect the Black colour option to be available in the coming days/ weeks considering Agarwal’s accurate record from the past.

Nothing Ear 1 price, features

The Nothing Ear 1 was originally launched in India for Rs 5,999. It came in a single White colour option and was available for purchase via Flipkart. Owing to the increasing price of components and other factors, the company had to increase the price of its first and only product by Rs 1,000. The Ear 1 price in India currently is set at Rs 6,999.

The USP of the Ear 1 other than its design is ANC. It offers two levels of ANC to cancel out ambient sound. Those who want both can switch to Transparency Mode. The earbuds support Bluetooth 5.2 and can be connected to any Android or iPhone via Bluetooth and the Ear 1 app. Each earbud weighs around 4.7 grams and packs a 31 mAh battery. The charging case has a 570 mAh cell. Combined, the earbuds offer up to 24 hours of juice on a single charge with ANC. Without ANC, expect a battery life of about 34 hours. Would you buy a Black colour Ear 1? Do let us know in the comments below.
