Nothing has announced the opening of its first exclusive service centre in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The service centre will be opened by Nothing in August, i.e. next month. Considering that the company is announcing the Nothing Phone (2) and has plans to open the service centre next month, the brand is aiming to meet the increasing demands for its products in India. Furthermore, Nothing also has announced that it is expanding its customer service team by 50% to ensure continued excellence in services and customer satisfaction.

Nothing Is Opening Its First Exclusive Service Center in Bengaluru Next Month

The exclusive service centre which is set to open in August will offer exceptional customer support and after-sales services. By the end of July, Nothing plans to increase its service centre count from 230 to 300, thereby catering to 19,000 pin codes across the country. The exclusive service centre which is opening next month will also organize periodic service camps for Nothing customers, providing them with a dedicated platform for assistance. Additionally, customers will get a chance to purchase accessories and care packs for accidental/liquid damage, as well as warranty upgrade packs at these centres.

Nothing also has plans to establish five more exclusive service centres in five cities in India by 2023. Furthermore, the company is also planning to open 20 additional centres across various cities in 2024. In a piece of related news, the company also announced the launch of Nothing Drops, a pop-up store in several cities across the world. The company will be opening the Nothing pop-up store in India on July 14 at 7 PM in Bengaluru.
