Nothing Phone (1) Leaked in High Resolution Renders Ahead of Launch, Camera Specs Officially Teased

The Nothing Phone (1) is all set to make a debut on 12 July. The Nothing Phone (1) has been the talk of the town ever since the brand revealed its plan to foray into the smartphone segment. Now, in a new development, Nothing, via a blog post, has shared some of the camera samples of the Nothing Phone (1).

Alongside, the brand has also revealed the camera specifications of its upcoming smartphone. As revealed in the blog post, the Nothing Phone (1) will come equipped with a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor and OIS support. Also, Evan Blass has shared the high-resolution renders of both the colour variants of the Nothing Phone (1). Let us take a look at the Nothing Phone (1) camera samples and camera specifications.

Nothing Phone (1) Will Offer a 50MP Sony IMX766 Sensor With OIS

The Nothing Phone (1) will come equipped with a dual-rear camera setup. The camera setup on the Phone (1) will include a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor with 1/1.56-inch sensor size and f/1.88 aperture. Accompanying the high-resolution sensor on the Nothing Phone (1) will be an ultra-wide-angle shooter with a 114° field of view.

Nothing has also confirmed that Phone (1) will offer optical image stabilization (OIS) as well as electronic image stabilization (EIS). Similar to every other Android phone, the Nothing Phone (1) will also offer Night mode and intelligent scene detection. Also, the Phone (1) will be capable of recording 10-bit colour videos. Famous leakster Evan Blass has shared the high-resolution renders of the Nothing Phone (1) in Black and White Colour options. The renders once again reaffirm that the device will feature a metal chassis and the power button will be located along the right edge. Whereas, the left edge will house volume rockers.

Last week, Nothing founder Carl Pei revealed that the Nothing Phone (1) will sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ under the hood. The handset was recently spotted on the TUV certification database with 33W fast charging support. Whereas, the Nothing power adapter is expected to offer 45W fast charging support with USB-PD and PPS protocols. The company may not bundle the charging brick in the box.
