Nothing is also accepting pre-orders of the device on Flipkart ahead of its official launch. The company has dropped multiple teasers, hinting or revealing the key features and specifications.
In the latest teaser, the company has partnered with YouTuber Technical Guruji, which gives us a first look at the Phone (1) retail box. The video confirms that Nothing will ship its first smartphone without a charger in the box.
According to the video, the Phone (1) box is made out of recycled materials and uses zero plastic. The sleek, minimal box is aimed towards a sustainable future. The YouTuber stated that the retail box has no elements of plastic. The box uses recycled fibre made of sugarcane, bamboo, etc. The ink for printing text on the box is also made of soybean.
It is not just the box as even some components of the phone’s internals are made of recycled plastic. As confirmed previously, the frame of the device is made of recycled aluminium.
