New Nubia RedMagic Smartphone (NX666J) Spotted on TENAA, Images and Specifications Revealed

New Nubia RedMagic Smartphone (NX666J) has obtained the TENAA certification. It will feature a 6.67-inch display and 64MP quad camera.

Nubia launched the Red Magic 6 series smartphones in China last month. This new lineup includes two models – the Red Magic 6, and the Red Magic 6 Pro. These handsets were revealed with Snapdragon 888 SoC, featuring a 6.68-inch AMOLED display. Now, it looks like the company is prepping up for the launch of yet another Red Magic device soon. The reason for this is that a new Nubia handset with model number NX666J is certified by China’s TENAA certification authority. The specifications of this new device are even revealed through the certification. Additionally, the renders of the Nubia NX666J are even released, which does give a glimpse of the device in full glory ahead of its launch.

Nubia NX666J Recevies TENAA Certification

If we go by the Nubia NX666J TENAA certification, this phone will be sport a 6.67-inch OLED display with 2400 × 1800 pixels resolution. Powering the device under the hood will be an octa-core 2.8GHz chipset. The smartphone will be available in the 6GB/8GB/12GB RAM option along with 128GB/256GB and 512GB internal storage. On the software front, the phone will run Android 11 out of the box.

This upcoming handset will feature a quad-camera setup. The device is expected to sport a 64MP primary main camera. For selfies and video-calling, the smartphone might come equipped with a 16-megapixel camera. Dimensions-wise, the handset is expected to measure at around 163.04mm×75.34mm×8.2mm and it might weigh 186 grams. The phone is supposed to pack a 4100mAh battery. The device should be available in Black colour options initially.

The Nubia NX666J might even sport an in-display fingerprint sensor. Connectivity-wise, the device should offer 5G support. This particular model has already received the prior Wi-Fi Alliance certification last week. The Wi-Fi Alliance certification had revealed that this new upcoming device will have 5G support, and it will run Android 11 out of the box. As of now, we still are not aware of the official marketing name of this new model.

Now that the phone has obtained the TENAA and Wi-Fi Alliance certification, we might hear from Nubia soon if there’s any launch of a new phone happening in the upcoming days.
