Nubia launched the Red Magic 6 series earlier this month in China. The gaming smartphone series comprising of the Red Magic 6 and Red Magic 6 Pro comes with top-of-the-line hardware. It includes the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC and a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate. The company has now unveiled the Red Magic 6 and the Red Magic 6 Pro for the global market. Nubia Red Magic 6 starts at $599, which is roughly Rs 43,400. The Pro model is priced at $699, which is roughly Rs 50,700. Nubia Red Magic 6 and Red Magic 6 Pro have been launched globally. The two gaming smartphones were launched earlier this month in China.

Nubia Red Magic 6 series price

The standard Red Magic 6 12GB + 128GB model is priced at $599, which is roughly Rs 43,400. The Red Magic 6 Pro price with 16GB + 256GB is set at $699, which is roughly Rs 50,700.

The smartphone can be purchased via the company’s global website starting April 15. Interested customers can pre-order the devices starting April 9.

Nubia Red Magic 6 series specifications 

The Redmi Magic 6 series share similar specifications, with differences in battery size and charging speeds.

Both devices come with a 6.8-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate. The display has a touch sampling rate of 500Hz. It also comes with 10-bit colour support and a 100 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut.

Under the hood, the phones feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. The Red Magic 6 comes with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage, whereas the 6 Pro comes with 16GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. For thermal management, the device comes with an in-built cooling fan.

The standard Magic 6 features a bigger 5,050 mAh battery with 66W fast charging. Nubia Red Magic 6 Pro packs a smaller 4,500 mAh battery but comes with a whopping 120W fast charging support.

The two devices sport a triple-camera setup on the back. It comes with a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide sensor, and a 2MP macro camera. For selfies, there is an 8MP front camera.

The Red Magic 6 series boots on Android 11-based RedMagic OS 4.0.
