OnePlus 10 May Launch With 150W Fast Charging : Here Are Other Details

The OnePlus 10 might feature faster charging than the OnePlus 10 Pro.


OnePlus’s flagship series lineup usually launches with at least two smartphones. This year it has been quite different. The company first announced the OnePlus 10 Pro back in January in China and recently launched the same in India as well as in some other countries. Soon, the OnePlus 10R will be launched in India as the successor to the last year’s OnePlus 9R.

While the affordable flagship will be launched in India next week, OnePlus is also prepping to launch the vanilla OnePlus 10 sometime later this year. A couple of months back, MySmartPrice had revealed that the OnePlus 10 With Dimensity 9000 processor was in the works and now a new leak has revealed more information on the same. The upcoming OnePlus 10’s fast charging, camera, and display information have surfaced and this comes with Digit in collaboration with popular leakster OnLeaks. As per the report, the OnePlus is testing two prototypes of the OnePlus 10 一 one with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset and the other with MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC. The company is yet to finalize the chipset onboard is what the report says. The device is said to launch in the second half of 2022 and the SoC decision is likely to happen soon as well.

It is also likely to feature LTPO 2.0, which is capable of varying refresh rate from 1Hz to 120Hz. The phone will come with 8GB/12GB RAM and will come with 128GB/256GB internal storage.

In terms of optics, the OnePlus 10 is said to feature a 50MP main camera, a 16MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro camera. The device is said to get an upgrade on the front with a 32MP selfie snapper. Like the OnePlus 10R, the OnePlus 10 is set to come with a 150W fast charging. The battery is rated at 4,800mAh, which means the device could fully charge in just 15 minutes. Like the OnePlus 10R, the OnePlus 10 is also set to miss out on the alert slider hardware key. Lastly, the device will run on OxygenOS 12 based on Android 12.
