OnePlus recently launched a new handset under the R-series – the OnePlus 10R. This is the company’s first handset under the number series with a MediaTek processor. It is also the first number series device to not offer an alert slider. The OnePlus 10R will go on sale for the first time today in the country. It will compete against the likes of the Realme GT Neo 3, Moto Edge 30 Pro, Xiaomi 11T Pro 5G, and the Iqoo 9 5G.

The latest OnePlus flagship is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor and 5000mAh battery unit. There is also a Endurance Edition which comes with 4500mAh battery and supports 150W SuperVOOC charging. Other highlights of the all-new OnePlus 10R include a 6.7-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor, and a 16MP front shooter. OnePlus 10R: Price in India, Launch Offers, and Availability

The OnePlus 10R retails in two configurations – 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB. It is priced at Rs 38,999 and Rs 42,999 for the 8GB and 12GB variants respectively. There is also a OnePlus 10R Endurance Edition that comes only in 12GB + 256GB variant and carries a price tag of Rs 43,999.

As a launch offer, OnePlus is offering up to Rs 2,000 off with ICICI Cards. The handset will go on sale starting at 12:00 PM exclusively via Amazon and OnePlus Store.

OnePlus 10R: Specifications and Features

The OnePlus 10R offers a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 2412 × 1080 pixel resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The display panel can go as high as 950nits in terms of brightness and houses an optical in-display fingerprint scanner.

Powering the handset is an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Max processor – fabbed on a 5nm process. The system on chip comes with an integrated Mali G510 GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 256GB UFS3.1 storage. The handset boots OxygenOS 12, based on Android 12.

The device offers a triple-rear camera setup including a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor with OIS support. It gets accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro camera, and a 16MP front camera.

The OnePlus 10R comes equipped with a 5000mAh battery unit and 80W SuperVOOC fast charging support. There is also a OnePlus 10R Endurance Edition that has 4500mAh battery but it supports 150W SuperVOOC fast charging. The handset offers a Type-C charging port and a stereo speaker setup with Dolby Atmos.

The OnePlus 10R comes in Forest Green and Sierra Black colour options. It weighs 186grams and measures 163.3 × 75.5 × 8.2mm. In terms of connectivity, it offers Dual-SIM, 5G, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, GPS, and Glonass.
