OnePlus will be hosting an offline event for the first time after three years to launch the OnePlus 10T flagship phone. The OnePlus 10T launch will be held on August 3rd. The event will kickstart at 10 AM in New York, which is 7:30 PM in India. OnePlus 10T: Specifications and Expected Price
Ahead of the launch, OnePlus has already confirmed several specifications of the device. For starters, the OnePlus 10T will be available in Moonstone Black and creamy Jade Green colour options. The phone will come with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz screen refresh rate. Under the hood, the phone will come with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. The 10T is said to come with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage options.
In terms of cameras, the OnePlus 10T will feature a 50MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide angle camera and a 2MP camera. It will have a 16MP selfie camera on the front. Furthermore, the device will be backed by a 4,660mAh battery unit with 150W fast charging support and the phone is expected to come with a 160W fast charger in the box. Other expected features include Android 12, support for 4G LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. The handset will not come with the iconic alert slider.
As for the pricing, the 10T is tipped to start at Rs 49,999 in India and it is also said to have a Rs 1,500 bank offer as an initial launch offer. The device will be available for pre-order starting today at 9 PM on Amazon.
OxygenOS 13
During the OnePlus 10T launch, the company will also announce the OxygenOS 13, which will be based on Android 13. Since Google is expected to release the stable version of Android 13 soon, OnePlus will be making OxygenOS 13 official today. The OnePlus 10 Pro was one of the eligible devices for the Android 13 Developer Preview Program back in May.
The new version of OxygenOS will bring many new features, animations, smooth performance, optimization, and multiple bug fixes and improvements.
