OnePlus will soon launch its new flagship smartphone. The company is likely to launch the OnePlus 11 5G as its first flagship phone in the next generation series. The OnePlus 11 could debut in China and other markets at around the same time. The company has confirmed that its next flagship will feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC under the hood. Other details of the device have also surfaced online.

A new leak has now revealed some more details about the design of the vanilla model. According to tipster Digital Chat Station (via), the upcoming OnePlus 11 5G will focus on a high-quality build and top-notch performance. The company might use ceramic for the rear panel to offer a shiny and premium look. The downside of using ceramic could be the added weight it introduces. For the frame, OnePlus is likely to use metal, which should add to the premium feel.

Digital Chat Station has also claimed that the upcoming OnePlus 11 will feature up to 16GB of RAM under the hood. The company has, so far, launched its flagship phones in India and other markets with up to 12GB of RAM. The OnePlus 10R, which focuses on entry-level premium performance, came with up to 16GB of RAM in China. The trend could continue with the OnePlus 11 as well. In addition to the above details, DCS revealed that the OnePlus 11 5G will feature UFS 4.0 storage. The latest storage standard is claimed to be faster and more efficient compared to UFS 3.1 storage.

Other specifications of the OnePlus 11 5G have leaked in the past. Here’s a quick look at the rest of the leaked details.

OnePlus 11 5G Specifications

A tipster recently revealed that the OnePlus 11 Pro will launch as the OnePlus 11. The leaked design renders of the phone show that the rear camera module has a circular-shaped design, which extends further into the frame. It is said to feature a new 50MP Sony IMX890 main camera sensor. The triple-camera setup will be completed by a 48MP ultra-wide angle lens and a 32MP telephoto sensor.

On the front, the OnePlus 11 is said to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a QHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate support. It would be for the first time that a vanilla model from OnePlus has a QHD+ resolution. The device sports a hole-punch cutout at the top left corner of the curved display.

Under the hood, the phone is likely to pack a 5000mAh battery with 100W fast charging support. It will come with a 32MP front camera as well. Lastly, the device is likely to run Android 13-based OxygenOS 13 out of the box. What are your thoughts on the upcoming OnePlus flagship? Let us know in the comments below.
