OnePlus 11 Official Design Images Leaked Ahead of Rumoured January Launch

The OnePlus 11 will be getting some design tweaks compared to the current flagship, the OnePlus 10 Pro, and will launch in two colours.


OnePlus is expected to launch its next flagship smartphone early next year. The company might launch the OnePlus 11 series in January 2023. Initially, only the standard OnePlus 11 could arrive in China, India and other markets. Other models could be released at a later date. Some key details about the upcoming OnePlus flagship smartphone have leaked online in the past.

Adding to the leaks is a new one from tipster OnLeaks. The tipster, in collaboration with GadgetGang, has uploaded the official OnePlus 11 images. The images also reveal the two new colour options that the upcoming flagship smartphone would be donning next year. OnePlus 11 Gets a New Design

The OnePlus 11 will be getting some design tweaks compared to the current flagship, the OnePlus 10 Pro, and will launch in two colours. These will be called Forest Emerald and Volcanic Black. The tipster has also uploaded the official renders of the phone, which highlight the new design changes that are coming. For starters, compared to the OnePlus 10 Pro, the 11 5G has the Hasselblad logo move from the left side of the camera bump to the middle.

The triple-camera setup and an LED flash module sit on a circular camera module, which further extends into the frame. We can also see the alert slider and the power button on the right edge of the phone. This means that the volume keys will be on the left Both phones sport a matte finish. However, the camera module has a glossy paint job. The camera array continues to sport the signature black paint around the lenses.

The front of the device was leaked in the past. It showed the OnePlus 11 sporting a curved 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a QHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate support. The hole-punch cutout has not moved and will continue to stay at the top-left corner of the screen.

Under the hood, the phone is confirmed to get the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. It is likely to be paired with up to 16GB of RAM in select regions and offer up to 256GB of internal storage. The device is also likely to get a new set of camera sensors. According to the leaked camera specifications, the phone will come with a 50MP Sony IMX890 sensor, a 48MP ultra-wide angle lens and a 32MP telephoto sensor. For selfies, there will be a 32MP front camera.
