OnePlus 9 series is tipped to launch in March or April 2021. The company is expected to launch three smartphones – The OnePlus 9, 9 Pro, and the 9E/ 9 Lite. The internet is currently flooded with several leaks around the upcoming OnePlus flagship series. The latest development is around the battery capacity of the standard 9 and 9 Pro. According to tipster Max Jambor, the two devices will pack a 4,500 mAh battery. The tipster also confirmed that the company will ship the charger with the device. OnePlus 9, 9 Pro to come with 4500 mAh battery and in-box charger
OnePlus is gearing up for the OnePlus 9 series launch. The company is rumoured to launch the flagship series in March or April of 2021. Adding to the plethora of leaks is a tip from Max Jambor, who claims that the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro will pack a 4,500 mAh battery.
The tipster also confirmed that the company will pack a charger inside the box. It is rumoured that both devices will ship with a 65W fast charger inside the box. This is unlike Apple and Samsung, who shipped their flagship devices without an in-box charger.
OnePlus 9 series leaked specifications
Recently, a video from YouTuber Dave2D leaked the 9 Pro’s design from all sides. The video confirms some of the past leaks about the Pro model. The 9 Pro will come with a quad-camera setup at the back. It two large sensors and two small sensors, which are speculated to be macro and depth lenses. The company has partnered with Hasselblad for the 9 Pro’s camera module.
The device is said to feature a 6.7-inch QHD+ display with a 3120 x 1440 resolution. The screen is curved and has a 120Hz refresh rate support. Other specifications include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC, 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The 9 Pro is tipped to come with 65W wired fast charging and 45W wireless charging. It will also support reverse wireless charging.
