OnePlus is gearing up for the OnePlus 9 series launch in India on March 23. Ahead of the launch, OnePlus has teased multiple key specifications and features of the 9 series. The latest teaser officially confirms the colour and camera module design of the vanilla OnePlus 9. Alongside, the company has also confirmed the colour variant of the OnePlus 9 Pro. Design renders of both, the 9 and 9 Pro had leaked in the past. OnePlus has confirmed that the vanilla 9 will come in Winter Mist, whereas the 9 Pro will sport a Morning Mist colour. OnePlus 9 to launch with triple-camera system and Winter Mist colour; 9 Pro’s Morning Mist colour teased
OnePlus will launch the OnePlus 9 series in India on March 23. Ahead of the launch, an official poster has revealed the OnePlus 9 series colours and camera module design.
The latest poster from OnePlus’ Twitter account confirms the colour options and camera design. The standard 9 will come in Winter Mist, whereas the 9 Pro will come in a Morning Mist colour option. Previously leaked renders reveal that the vanilla 9 will come in Stellar Black, Artic Sky, and Winter Mist colours. The Pro OnePlus flagship will come in Astral Black, Morning Mist, and Pine Green colours.
The poster also confirms the camera module design of the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro. The vanilla model will come with a triple-camera setup. We can expect it to house the same sensors as the 9 Pro model. This would include a 48MP Sony IMX789 sensor and a 50MP Sony IMX766 ultrawide sensor. However, the third telephoto lens on the standard 9 is expected to come with a 2x optical zoom.
The 9 Pro will come with a quad-camera setup on the back. Along with the 48MP Sony IMX789 and 50MP Sony IMX766 ultrawide lens, the 9 Pro is expected to come with an 8MP telephoto lens with a 3.3x optical zoom and a 2MP depth sensor.
Both OnePlus smartphones are tipped to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC.
