[Update: 2 December 2021]: Reliable tipster, Yogesh Brar has shared some more information about the OnePlus 9RT Indian variant. The tipster claims that the OnePlus 9RT will launch in India in two variants contradicting the reports that there could only be a 6GB of base variant. These two variants are most likely to be 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB storage variants. He also states that the pricing of the device could be aggressive in India, the company could launch the device in India between a price range of Rs 40,000-Rs 44,000.

OnePlus 9RT India Launch Right Around the Corner as Amazon Ad Shows up on Google Search

OnePlus launched the OnePlus 9RT handset smartphone last month in China. A couple of days back the smartphone appeared on Google Supported devices list with the moniker OnePlus RT. Now, a fresh report by 91mobiles reveals that the OnePlus RT might launch soon in India as the Amazon Ad has been spotted on Google search. Although, the brand hasn’t confirmed anything regarding the OnePlus RT (OnePlus 9RT) India launch, the recently spotted ad hints that the India launch is just around the corner. OnePlus 9RT: Price

The OnePlus 9RT costs RMB 3,299 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant, RMB 2499 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant, and RMB 3799 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. We can expect OnePlus to price OnePlus RT around Rs. 40,000- Rs 45,000 mark in India.

OnePlus 9RT: Specifications and Features

The OnePlus 9RT features a 6.62-inch FHD+ E4 fluid AMOLED display with 1080 x 2400 pixel resolution and 397PPI pixel density. The display panel on the device refreshes 120 times a second and can go as high as 1300nits in terms of brightness under certain situations. It is HDR10+ certified panel and is also features Corning Gorilla Glass protection.

Under the hood, the OnePlus 9RT is equipped with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC which is built on a 5nm fabrication process. While the graphics duties on the handset are taken care of by an integrated Adreno 660 GPU. It features up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS3.1 storage. The OnePlus 9RT (Chines variant) boots Android 12 based ColorOS 12. However, it appeared on Google Play Supported devices list with Android 11, so we can not really say that the OnePlus RT will boot Andorid 11 or Android 12 out of the box.

The OnePlus 9RT features a 50MP triple-rear camera setup with an LED flash. The primary high-resolution Sony IMX766 sensor on the handset gets accompanied by a 16MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies and video calls, the handset offers a 16MP Sony IMX471 sensor with EIS.
