OnePlus is gearing up to launch a new smartphone under the Ace lineup in the Chinese market. The next handset under the Ace lineup will be called the OnePlus Ace Racing Edition and will be unveiled on May 17. Ahead of the launch, we have now spotted the OnePlus Ace Racing Edition on Geekbench benchmark database. The benchmark listing reveals that the Ace Racing Edition will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC.

OnePlus Ace Racing Edition Will Come Pre-loaded with Android 12!

The upcoming Ace Racing Edition made an appearance on the Geekbench 5 benchmark database with the model number PGZ110. The handset managed to score 868 points in the single-core round of the Geekbench 5 tests. Whereas, in the multi-core round, the score was recorded as 3505 points.

The Geekbench listing also reveals the presence of an octa-core MediaTek processor with 4 + 4 configuration and 2.85GHz peak frequency. Based on this, it appears that the upcoming OnePlus Ace series device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor.

The listing further reveals that the handset will be equipped with Mali G610 MC6 GPU and 12GB of RAM. The Ace Racing Edition is also confirmed to come pre-loaded with Android 12.

OnePlus, earlier today, revealed the first look and the renders of the upcoming OnePlus Ace Racing Edition. Based on the official listing on OnePlus China website, the upcoming Ace series device will come in blue and grey colour options. The handset will offer a triple camera setup including a 64MP primary shooter on the back.

The Ace series handset will offer a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It is said to come with a 120Hz LCD panel, similar to the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite.
