OnePlus Buds Pro 2 Price Tipped Ahead of Official Launch on February 7

OnePlus Buds Pro 2 is set to launch alongside the OnePlus 11 and OnePlus 11R 5G on February 7 in India. The company will also launch its flagship truly wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds in other markets on the same day. The Buds Pro 2 are already available for purchase in China. The global model is likely to pack the same set of hardware and features as the Chinese variant. OnePlus has confirmed some of these features ahead of the global launch. Now, a new leak has revealed the pricing details of the Buds Pro 2.

The OnePlus Buds Pro 2 will have a launch price of EUR 179 in select countries. The India price of the Buds Pro 2 is expected to be much lower. Some regions in Europe will have to pay over EUR 200, according to tipster Snoopy Tech.

The tipster did not reveal any details about the list of countries where the price will be EUR 179 (roughly Rs 15,900). In some European countries, the Buds Pro 2 will have a launch price of EUR 219 (roughly Rs 19,400). Typically, prices of electronic items are much higher in Europe owing to local taxes. The OnePlus Buds Pro was launched in India for Rs 9,999. Considering how the cost of components has increased, the Buds Pro 2 could receive a price bump of Rs 1,000 – Rs 2,000. In China, the Buds Pro 2 is priced at RMB 899 (rouhgly Rs 10,900).

The company has not confirmed any details about the India price. We only know that the Buds Pro 2 will be available via OnePlus online and offline stores and Amazon India.

OnePlus Buds Pro 2 Specifications

The Buds Pro 2 will launch in two colours — Arbor Green and Black. The company has partnered with Dynaudio for tuning the Buds Pro 2. It continues to sport a stem design for the earbuds. The stem has a dual-tone design, with the lower half having a shiny finish, whereas the top half has a matte finish. Each earbud has a silicon ear tip for added grip. The earbuds also pack 11mm dynamic drivers and 6mm planar diaphragm drivers. They weigh about 5 grams each and the charging case weighs 47.3 grams.

The earbuds come with support for Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Spatial Audio. There is support for transparency mode as well. OnePlus claims that the TWS will offer up to 39 hours of battery life in total. The earbuds will last for up to 5.5 hours with ANC enabled. Without ANC, the earbuds will offer a much better battery life of up to nine hours.

The Buds Pro 2 supports fast charging and wireless charging. The TWS will offer up to 3 hours of music playback after charging for 10 minutes via the USB Type-C cable. The earbuds also come with an IPX4 rating for splash resistance. They come with support for Bluetooth 5.3 and should offer fast pair support as well.
