At the OnePlus 10 Pro launch event, the company alongside the latest new flagship smartphone also introduced the OnePlus Buds Pro Mithril Edition in China. The new buds come as a special edition of the already existing OnePlus Buds Pro and share the same design elements but with a metal finish. OnePlus Buds Pro Mithril Edition Price, Availability
The brand new OnePlus Buds Pro Mithril Edition will be available in China starting Tuesday, January 11 for an introductory price of CNY 699 (~ Rs. 8,100). After the launch promotion expires, the earbuds will have a regular retail price of CNY 799 (~Rs. 9,300).
OnePlus Buds Pro Features
The OnePlus Buds Pro feature 11mm dynamic drivers tuned to deliver rich bass performance. It also has active noise cancellation (ANC), which combines a triple-mic array and clever active noise cancellation algorithms to minimise ambient noise by up to 40 decibels. The Buds Pro has three ANC modes: Faint, Smart, and Extreme. For gamers, there is also a low latency setting with only 94 milliseconds of delay.
NCVM (non-conductive vacuum metallization) technology is used to manufacture the coating on the Mithril Buds Pro, which adds a unique metallic effect. The buds and case also have a fingerprint-resistant coating.
These new OnePlus TWS offerings include Bluetooth 5.2 and OnePlus Fast Pair functionality. It also supports LHDC audio codec. On a single charge, OnePlus claims up to 7 hours of playback with ANC turned off. If you switch on ANC, the audio playback will last roughly 5 hours. With the charging case, users can enjoy up to 38 hours of playback without ANC on a single charge, while battery life drops to a total of 28 hours of music playback when ANC is turned on.
Each earbud is equipped with a 40mAH battery. The casing, on the other hand, is equipped with a 520mAh battery pack. Finally, OnePlus’ signature Warp Charge provides up to 10 hours of audio playback with just 10 minutes of charging.
