OnePlus is gearing up for the OnePlus 10 series launch. The company has confirmed that its next flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 10 Pro, will launch in China in January. The exact launch date remains unknown. OnePlus is likely to launch the device soon in India. Another OnePlus product coming soon to India is the OnePlus Buds Z2 truly wireless earbuds (TWS). The earbuds were launched earlier this year in China, followed by the UK and the US. The wireless earbuds will soon launch in India. Ahead of the official launch, the OnePlus Buds Z2 price in India has leaked online.
OnePlus Buds Z2 price in India
OnePlus has not yet confirmed the Buds Z2 launch date in India. A new report has meanwhile leaked the price of the TWS before its official launch. According to 91Mobiles and tipster Yogesh Brar, the upcoming Buds Z2 will be launched in India for Rs 4,999. With a price tag of under Rs 5,000, the Buds Z2 undercuts the Nothing ear (1) by Rs 2,000.
The report further states that the Buds Z2 will come in a single Pearl White colour at launch. The other option, which is being called Obsidian Black, will be launched later next year. In comparison, the Buds Z2 are priced at $99 (roughly Rs 7,600) in the US and EUR 99 (roughly Rs 8,600) in Europe.
In terms of design, the Z2 is quite similar to the original Buds Z with a stem design. The TWS packs an 11mm moving coil driver for enhanced bass and sound quality. It also supports Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) up to 40dB. The earbuds come with three mics to cutout noise during calls.
Both earbuds are IP55-rated for splash and sweat resistance. They come with touch controls for switching between songs, answering calls, etc. In terms of battery life, the earbuds are claimed to offer up to seven hours of juice on a single charge. With the case combined, one can expect up to 38 hours worth of battery life. The TWS also supports fast charging and can offer up to five hours of battery life with a 10-minute charge.
