Along with the launch of the OnePlus 10 Pro phone in India today, the company also announced two new audio products 一 the OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2, a new wireless Bluetooth neckband and a new Radiant Silver colour option for the already launched OnePlus Buds Pro.
The Bullets Wireless Z2 is the successor to the widely popular budget Bullets Wireless Z and also the Bullets Wireless Z Bass Edition. The new Bullets Wireless Z2 comes with a 12.4mm large driver setup, up to 20 hours of battery life, and it is also IP55 rated for protection against water and dust. OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 Price in India and Availability
The OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 is priced at Rs 1,999 and it will go on sale via Amazon, Flipkart, OnePlus.in, and OnePlus stores across India starting April 5. It will be available in Magico Black and Beam Blue colour options.
OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2: Features and Specifications
OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 is not entirely different from the first-gen Bullets Wireless Z in terms of design. It comes with an angled in-ear style design for a secure fit. You also get interchangeable ear tips in the box. The neckband is made up of skin-friendly silicone material. It is powered by a 12.4mm driver setup, which is an upgrade from a 9.2mm setup from the last-gen. The earphones support AAC and SBC codecs. The neckband also comes with magnetic buds with an auto-pause and play feature.
The battery life is now rated for 30 hours (at 50% volume), which is a jump from 20 hours on the last-gen. A 10-minute charge is rated to last up to 20 minutes. A full charge takes about 30 minutes via the Type-C port. For control, you get in-line volume controls and a multi-function button, which can be used for play/pause, skip track, and access to Google Assitant. You also get single, double, triple and long-press functions. The neckband is also IP55 rated, which means you can wear it for gym and workout sessions.
Other features include 102dB sound pressure level, Bluetooth 5.0, up to 10-meter range, 200mAh battery capacity, and 230-gram weight.
OnePlus Buds Pro Radiant Silver Launched
The OnePlus Buds Pro Radiant Silver colour option was also announced and it will be retailing for Rs 9,990. This is an additional colour option to existing colour options 一 Matte Black and Glossy. Apart from the charge in colour, the rest of the specs remains the same.
The OnePlus Buds Pro TWS are powered by 11mm dynamic drivers and support SBC, AAC, LHDC, and AptX codecs. These come with Bluetooth 5.2 wireless connectivity. The Buds Pro comes with up to 40dB noise cancellation in the extreme mode and 25dB in the ambient mode. In terms of battery life, these are rated to last up to 38 hours with ANC on and up to 28 hours with ANC turned on. A quick 10-minute charge via Type-C port is rated to offer 10 hours of music playback. The Buds Pro also supports Qi wireless charging. The Buds Pro are IP55 rated while the case comes with an IPX4 rating.
