OnePlus Nord 2T 5G May Launch Soon as Phone Gets NBTC Certification: All That We Know

OnePlus is expanding its smartphone portfolio under the Nord lineup. The brand has already launched the OnePlus Nord CE 2 and the Nord CE 2 Lite in the last couple of months. The company is said to launch a new Nord series handset – the OnePlus Nord 2T in the coming weeks. Ahead of the launch, the OnePlus Nord 2T has now been spotted on the NBTC certification website by tipster Abhishek Yadav.

The OnePlus Nord 2T moniker was recently confirmed for the first time via the TDRA certification website. The NBTC certification database once again confirms the Nord 2T carries model number CPH2399. The OnePlus Nord 2T has been in news for a while and it is expected to be a minor upgrade over the OnePlus Nord 2. Let us take a look at what we know about the OnePlus Nord 2T 5G so far,

The OnePlus Nord 2T is said to feature a 6.43-inch Full HD+ fluid AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a corner punch-hole notch. The handset might be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1300 processor and Mali G77 graphics unit.

Earlier, the renders of the OnePlus Nord 2T had surfaced on the internet which revealed that the handset will offer a triple-rear camera setup. Going by the recent Camera FV5 listing, the primary shooter on the upcoming Nord series device will be a 50MP camera which could include Sony IMX766 lens as per the leaks.

Accompanying the 50MP sensor could be an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP auxiliary lens. It is said to come with a 32MP selfie camera. The OnePlus Nord 2T will retain the alert slider (as seen in the renders) which the company omitted with the recently launched OnePlus 10R. The handset is said to be equipped with a 4500mAh battery and 80W fast charging support. It might boot OxygenOS 12, based on Android 12.
