Alongside, the specifications of the upcoming OnePlus Nord 3 have also been leaked. The OnePlus Nord 3 will be the successor of last year’s OnePlus Nord 2T and is said to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor. Let us take a closer look at what the OnePlus Nord 3 might have in store for us.
The OnePlus Nord 3 is tipped to offer a 6.74-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution. It will be the first smartphone under the Nord series to feature a high resolution display The leaked schematics showcase the centered punch-hole notch on the device. We can expect it to feature a 120Hz refresh rate display.
Under the hood, the upcoming Nord 3 might sport an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor that is fabricated on TSMC’s 4nm manufacturing process. The system on chip features an integrated Mali-G610 MC6 GPU. This is the same processor that powers the Redmi K60E, iQOO Neo7 SE, and Vivo S16 Pro.

The OnePlus Nord 3, based on the leaked sketch, will feature a triple-rear camera setup. The camera arrangement seems similar to that of the Nord 2T. The device will also offer dual-LED flashes which will be placed in two different circular modules. However, the details regarding the primary shooter on the device aren’t clear yet. The tipster says that it will either use a 64MP Omnivision sensor or a 50MP Sony IMX890 sensor.
Accompanying the high-resolution sensor could be 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP lens. The OnePlus Nord 3 is tipped to sport a 5000mAh battery unit and 100W fast charging support. This means that the Nord 3 could be the first Nord-branded device to feature 100W fast charging support. To those unaware, the Nord 2 and the Nord 2T support 65W and 80W fast charging respectively.
The upcoming Nord series handset, similar to recently launched OnePlus smartphones, will come pre-loaded with OxygenOS 13, which is based on Android 13. The OnePlus Nord 3 is tipped to feature a flat-edge design. The handset will retain the alert slider, which has been a fan favourite since its introduction.
