OnePlus launched the Nord CE 2 5G earlier this year in India. The device sits below the Nord 2 launched last year and comes with a 50MP triple-camera setup and a MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC. The company is now rumoured to launch a new Lite variant of the Nord CE 2. According to reports, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G will launch later this month in India.

The company has not yet confirmed the official launch details. Meanwhile, the device has been spotted on the TDRA certification website. Let’s take a look at the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G specifications, features and other details known so far.

OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G TDRA

OnePlus is expected to launch the Nord CE 2 Lite 5G very soon in India. The device has been spotted on the TDRA certification website ahead of its launch. The listing reveals that the device has the model number CPH2409 while confirming its moniker. A OnePlus smartphone with the model number CPH2401 that is listed on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) seems to be the Indian variant.

The device CPH2409 is also listed on the CameraFV5 website. It reveals that the phone will feature a 64MP camera that will click 16MP pixel-binned shots. It has a 1/1.8” sensor with an f/1.8 aperture.

Some other details of the device have leaked in the past. According to reports, the phone will come with a triple-camera setup on the back. It will feature a 64MP main camera and two 2MP sensors for depth sensing and macro photography. For selfies, the phone will come with a 16MP front camera sensor.

In terms of performance, the Nord CE 2 Lite 5G will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC. The chipset supports 5G networks. It is likely to be paired with 6GB or 8GB of RAM along with 128GB of internal storage. The device is expected to pack a 5000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.

At the front, the device will come with a 6.58-inch Full HD+ display and support a 90Hz refresh rate. Lastly, the phone will run Android 12 out of the box with a layer of OxygenOS 12 on top.
