OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G Confirmed to Feature a 120Hz Display and Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC

OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor. To those unaware, it is an octa-core processor that comes paired with Adreno 619 GPU. OnePlus used the same processor on last year’s OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite, this means that we are unlikely to see any improvements in the performance department. However, during the interview, Liu said that “users can look forward to extended gaming times, extra power, picture-perfect playback and lag-free streaming on multiple platforms.”

The OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite, similar to its predecessor, will feature a 120Hz display. However, the display on the Nord CE 3 Lite will be bigger compared to last year’ Nord CE 2 Lite. Liu revealed that the Nord CE 3 Lite will feature a 6.72-inch display panel. It is unlikely that the Nord CE 3 Lite will get an OLED display panel since a side-mounted fingerprint scanner can be seen in renders.

The OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite will also come pre-loaded with OxygenOS 13.1, which will be based on Android 13. OxygenOS 13.1 is expected to bring more security and privacy-focused enhancements. We can expect to learn more about it in the upcoming launch. The OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite will feature 8GB of virtual RAM in addition to 8GB of dedicated RAM.

Along with specifications, OnePlus COO Kinder Liu also dropped a hint about the pricing of the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite. Liu, in a conversation with TechRadar, said that “with the powerful and outstanding specifications, the price of OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G will also be satisfying“. The OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G, as per a leak, will cost €329 (approx Rs 29,200) in Europe. While it will carry a price of Rs 21,999 in the Indian market as per another leak.
