OnePlus is rumoured to launch a new smartwatch. The company has launched the OnePlus Watch previously in India but it now plans to expand the Nord brand with the launch of the OnePlus Nord Watch. The Nord Watch has been spotted on some certification websites. It was also spotted on the company’s official website, hinting at an imminent launch. A new report has now revealed more details about the Nord smartwatch.
91Mobiles, along with tipster Mukul Sharma, has revealed the design details of the Nord Watch. The report claims that the OnePlus Nord Watch series will include as many as five different variants. Let’s take a look at the OnePlus Nord Watch specifications, features and other details known so far.
OnePlus Nord Watch Design Renders
OnePlus will launch its first smartwatch in the Nord series soon. The OnePlus Nord Watch design details have leaked ahead of the launch. According to the report, the Nord Watch will sport two different models, which will come in five variants combined. One of the models will have a rectangular dial and come in two variants. The other model will have a circular dial and launch with three different variants.
According to the renders shared, one of the circular models has two buttons on the right side. One of the circular dials is also said to have a protective edge on the screen with dash lines indicating hours, which could be the rugged variant. The third circular model will have a single crown and will look a lot similar to the original OnePlus Watch.
The rectangular model has a single crown dial and a disconnected band that wraps into the outer part of the smartwatch. Another variant of the Nord Watch with a rectangular dial has a white crown button and the band attaches directly to the dial. The report also includes a couple of watch faces and the UI design of the Nord Watch.
The rectangular dial of the Nord Watch will have 240×280 and 368×448 resolutions, whereas the circular variant will support 240×240 and 390×390 resolutions. The report does not reveal any details about the launch timeline. According to Sharma, all five variants of the Nord Watch will come with a price tag of around Rs 5,000 in India. Like the original OnePlus Watch, the Nord Watch is also expected to support GPS.
