OnePlus is gearing up for the launch of its first Android tablet in India. The company has confirmed that it will launch the OnePlus Pad as its new Android tablet for the Indian market. The device will debut in India on February 7 alongside the OnePlus 11 and OnePlus 11R 5G. Ahead of the launch, OnePlus has teased the design of the tablet. The device is also rumoured to launch as the OPPO Pad 2 in China.

Ahead of the official launch, OnePlus Pad specifications have leaked online. The upcoming OnePlus tablet will feature a premium MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC. OnePlus Pad: What We Know So Far

The OnePlus Pad will be a premium Android tablet in India. The company will announce the tablet’s official pricing details on February 7. Ahead of the launch, a new leak by Digital Chat Station (via) has revealed the specifications of the tablet. The OnePlus Pad will launch as the OPPO Pad 2 in China, according to the tipster. It is said to feature a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC under the hood. The tablet will also come with a tall 11.6-inch LCD with a 2K resolution. To offer a smooth display experience, the OnePlus tablet will support a 144Hz refresh rate.

The Android tablet will be launched with 8GB and 12GB RAM options. It will also offer 128GB/ 256GB and 512GB options. The storage options will vary depend upon the launch market.

On the back, there is a circular camera module for the 13MP camera sensor with an LED flash module. The tablet will feature an 8MP front camera. The OnePlus tablet will boot on the latest Android 13 update out of the box. The global variant will have a layer of Oxygen OS 13 on top of Android.

In terms of battery, the device will pack a beefy 9500mAh cell. It will offer 67W fast charging support. Lastly, the device will come with a Wi-Fi-only connectivity option.

Leaked design renders shared exclusively by MySmartPrice reveal that the tablet will have fairly thin bezels around the display. The front camera sensor is placed on the right bezel of the tab. There is also a cutout on the left edge for the smart stylus. The volume keys are located on the right edge.
