OnePlus is on the launch spree over the past couple of months with the launch of multiple smartphones and accessories across India, China, and global markets. In 2022, the company is said to launch at least one new Nord device every month going forward. Along with that, the company is also expected to launch the OnePlus 10, OnePlus Watch 2, and enter the tablet market with the OnePlus Pad, which is reportedly the name of its first Android slate.
The OnePlus Pad has been in the news for a few months now and in the past, seen the OnePlus Pad trademark appears on the EUIPO website and the device is expected to launch in the second half of 2022. More recently, a new leak suggested that the OnePlus Pad has entered mass production and specifications of the same were also tipped. Now, MySmartPrice has exclusively learnt from tipster Yogesh Brar that a new OnePlus device testing has begun and this is likely the OnePlus Pad.

As per Yogesh, OnePlus is currently testing a new device, which is codenamed, OnePlus Reeves. This in all likelihood is the upcoming OnePlus Pad Android tablet. Since the testing of the device has begun, we can expect the tablet to launch soon in multiple markets as well. While the details of the device are limited, for the time being, previous rumours and leaks give us an idea of what we can expect from OnePlus’s first tablet.
The OnePlus Pad is tipped to feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC with 6GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage. This version is expected to be priced at CNY 2,999 (roughly Rs 34,700). The is said to feature a 12.4-inch OLED display with Full HD+ resolution along with an 8MP front camera. To the back, the tablet could offer a 13MP main camera and a 5MP secondary sensor. The device might offer a 10,090mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging.
Further, in terms of software, the tablet is rumoured to run on Android 12L OS, which is specifically designed for tablets. Apart from the tablet, OnePlus is also testing a device codenamed OnePlus Meili, which is expected to launch as the Nord 3 in the coming weeks.
