Back in February 2021, OnePlus launched the OnePlus TV Y1S in India. The OnePlus TV Y1S were unveiled by OnePlus in 32-inch and 43-inch sizes. Now, the brand plans to launch the OnePlus TV Y1S in 40-inch size, as per the information shared by reliable tipster Ishan Agrawal with Pricebaba. As of now, the launch date of the new OnePlus TV T1S TV model isn’t known yet, nor we have any specifications for the same. As the 32-inch and 43-inch OnePlus TV Y1S shared the same specifications, we can expect the new model to offer the same specifications as the previous two variants.
OnePlus TV Y1S 40-inch Expected Price, Specifications
The OnePlus TV Y1S 32-inch model costs at Rs 14,499 in India, while the 43-inch variant is priced at Rs 23,999. Considering that the Y-series TV caters to the masses, we can expect OnePlus to aggressively price the new OnePlus TV Y1S 40-inch variant in India. As this new TV model will fit between the 32-inch and 43-inch variants, we can expect its price near to Rs 20,000. Additionally, this new 40-inch Y1S TV model should compete with the likes of the Xiaomi Mi TV 5A, and Realme Smart TV X Full HD.
As mentioned above, the new OnePlus TV Y1S can share the same specifications as that of the 32-inch and 43-inch models, so we can expect it to offer features such as Full HD resolution, 24W speaker, and host of connectivity features. As the days pass, we shall have more details from OnePlus regarding the launch of the new TV model.
OnePlus TV Y1S 32-inch, 43-inch Specifications
To recall, the OnePlus TV Y1S 32-inch model offers an HD resolution, while the 43-inch model has a Full HD resolution. Both these TV variants have Gamma engine for better colours and support for HLG, HDR10, HDR10+ format. For the audio purpose, both the TVs have a 24W speakers which support Dolby Audio. Powering these Tvs under the hood there is a MediaTek MT9216 processor paired with a Mali G32 MP2 GPU.
Both the TV comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage. As for the software, the OnePlus TV Y1S run Android TV 11 OS. Furthermore, the TVs also have a built-in Chromecast support, Google Assistant, and Alexa support. Connectivity-wise, both the TV offers features such as Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.0, RJ45 port, two HDMI 2.0 port, two USB 2.0 port, and AV input.
