
OPPO is reportedly going to announce three new smartphones in India under its budget A-series called the OPPO A12, A11k, and A52. These new smartphones will go head-to-head with the newly launched Galaxy M01 and M11 from Samsung. To recall, the OPPO A12 had been launched in Indonesia back in April while the A52 had launched in China around the same time period. The A11k is hasn’t been launched yet and very little is known about the device but it will be the cheapest option amongst all three phones, as per the report.
OPPO A12: Expected specifications and price
As per the launch in Indonesia, the OPPO A12 has a 6.22-inch HD+ IPS LCD with a waterdrop notch on the top. The report by 91mobiles also revealed launch offers on the device which included 5 percent cashback with Bank of Baroda, ICICI, Federal Bank, Bajaj Finserv, IDFC First Bank, Home Credit, and HDB Financial Services. Under the hood, the A12 has a MediaTek Helio P35 SoC which is supported by up to 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. In terms of optics, the OPPO A12 features a dual-camera setup with a 13MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor. The selfie shooter on the front happens to be a 5MP sensor while the entire setup is fueled by a 4,230mAh battery. The expected price of the device is going to be about Rs 12,500 which is what the Indonesian price is when converted to INR.
