Now new news has been popping on the internet claiming that the company is planning to launch the OPPO A53 5G in China soon. According to the China Telecom listing the OPPO A53 is tipped to arrive with a 4GB RAM variant at CNY 1,599 (approx USD 249 or Rs 18,388). The 6GB RAM model will be expected to launch with a price tag of CNY 1,799 (around USD 274 or Rs 20,000). The OPPO A53 5G is expected to launch in the Chinese market on December 1st. The smartphone will be up for sale in Streamer Purple, Lake Green, and Secret Night Black shades of colour.
OPPO A53 5G Rumoured Specifications
According to the reports, the OPPO A53 5G with model number PECT30 / PECM30 was recently listed on TENAA listing revealing some of the vital information about the smartphone. As per the listing, the OPPO A53 5G is said to be equipped by a 6.5-inch LCD Full HD+ display along with a punch-hole design to accommodate the selfie camera sensor. The screen carries a resolution of 1080 X 2400 pixels and the fingerprint scanner is embedded on the side-mounted power button.
Under the hood, the smartphone is expected to be powered by the MTM6853V MediaTek chipset which is the Dimensity 720 Soc. According to the rumours, the OPPO A53 5G will be backed by 4GB and 6GB RAM with onboard storage of 128GB. The storage capacity of the phone can also be expanded via a microSD card.
On the software front, the smartphone is anticipated to run Android 10 OS and it is said to pack a 3,945mAh battery. As far as cameras are concerned, the OPPO A53 5G will feature an 8-megapixel front camera setup. On the back, the smartphone is tipped to feature a triple rear camera setup with 16-megapixel primary sensor accompanied by 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel camera sensor along with an LED flash.
