OPPO A73 and OPPO A53 Revealed by NBTC Certification, to Feature Snapdragon 662 SoC

OPPO A53 and OPPO A73 have received various certifications lately, including the likes of NBTC, BIS, FCC, and some more, thereby hinting at an imminent launch.

OPPO is reportedly working on launching two new smartphones in the market. The brand appears to be gearing up for the launch of a couple of mid-range Android devices, which appeared on the NBTC certification website today. The OPPO A73 and the OPPO A53 smartphones have cleared the NBTC certification and have already been spotted on several other certifications in the past, thereby hinting at an imminent launch. OPPO A73, OPPO A53 clear NBTC; launch seems imminent


Starting with the OPPO A73, the device (with the model number OPPO CPH2095) has been spotted on the NBTC certification website, the Indian BIS certification website, the EEC certification website, and the Geekbench database website. The Geekbench database confirms that the OPPO A73 and the OPPO A53 will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor. The OPPO A73 managed to score 1,484 in the single-core score and 5,054 in the multi-core score. Both devices will have 4GB of RAM and will run on Android 10. Lastly, both OPPO A73 and OPPO A53 will boot the latest Android 10 OS out of the box.


Coming to the OPPO A53, the device has been spotted on several certification websites, including the likes of NBTC, EEC, FCC, BIS, TKDN, Indonesian Telecom, and Geekbench database. The FCC certification consists of some schematic diagrams of the device, which showcase the rear of the OPPO A53 (picture shown in the gallery above) ,while the Geekbench listing showcases its processor (Snapdragon 662) and its performance scores. Notably, the OPPO A53 managed to pull off 1,192 in the single-core test and 4,833 in the multi-core test.
